School Artisan is a powerful school management platform designed to centralize and streamline all administrative, academic, and financial operations for educational institutions. With the tagline "Run Your School Smarter With One Powerful Platform," it provides a complete digital solution for K-12 schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
The platform features six distinct user role dashboards for administrators, teachers, students, parents, accountants, and librarians. Core modules include student administration with 40+ data fields, academic management with exam scheduling and result publishing, daily attendance tracking with automated parent SMS notifications, financial operations with multiple payment methods (cash, check, PayPal), e-learning modules with Zoom and Google Meet integration, library management, transport and hostel administration, and an internal messaging system.
Key differentiators include support for 21 languages, PDF report generation, sortable data tables with real-time activity feeds, and enterprise-grade role-based access control. The platform also offers iOS and Android companion apps for mobile access. It uses a demo-driven lead generation model with no upfront costs and promises regular free updates.
